Here are the most recent updates to test delivery affected by COVID-19 across the globe. PearsonVue continues to work hard to make decisions that will resume testing where possible while protecting the health and safety of our candidates and employees.

  • PearsonVue continue to closely monitor the changing health and safety recommendations by state, province, and country and adjust our operations and capacity parameters accordingly.
  • As many governments are allowing businesses to reopen, Pearson VUE continues to monitor these measures and adjustments, and in doing so, work with our clients to resume testing where possible while aligned to government guidance and appropriate health and safety measures.
    • Updated government guidance has reduced social distancing spacing requirements to one meter throughout England, enabling Pearson VUE test centers to operate with additional appointment capacity.
  • Per recently updated government guidance, PearsonVue is extending the temporary suspension of exam deliveries in:
    • Greater Melbourne, Australia (PPCs, TTCs)
      • New appointment availability is blocked through September 16th per government guidance
      • Exam cancellation activities will be carried out every two weeks during this period in the event of potential reopenings
        • Current exam delivery is suspended through August 19th

      • Candidates will begin receiving cancellation/reschedule emails shortly
      • We are continuing to deliver exams to third-party test centers that are operational
