Here is the most recent updates to test delivery affected by COVID-19 across the globe. PearsonVue continue to work hard to make decisions that will resume testing where possible while protecting the health and safety of our candidates and employees.

  • PearsonVue is closely monitoring the changing health and safety recommendations by state, province, and country, and are adjusting our operations and capacity parameters accordingly.
  • As previously noted, governments reinstating limiting measures for operation due to the volatility of COVID-19 remains an ongoing possibility, and as a result of any updates we will adjust our testing capacity and/or operations accordingly. • Affected candidates will begin receiving cancellation/reschedule emails shortly
      • New appointment availability (for non-essential services programs) begins September 20th
      • We are continuing to deliver exams to third-party test centers that are operational
