Getting Started

Why am I unable to access my account?

  • Effective March 11, 2025, AMPP will transition to a new system. Users must update their passwords to access their accounts. The new profile page is https://profile.ampp.org.

Resetting Password

  • Select the Login icon, and then click Forgot Password to reset your credentials.

Navigation

What is on the main page?

  • The main page displays your personal information.
  • The left-hand menu provides access to certifications, chapter assignments, courses, and class registrations.


How do I renew my certification?

  • First, log in to your AMPP profile.
  • Click My Certification Portal from the sidebar menu.
  • Navigate to Education/Certification and then click My Certification Portal.

Where do I go to find my closest chapter?

  • Log in and select Join a Chapter. Users can search by chapter name or filter by country, state, and postal code.
  • For assistance, contact Customer Support.

Purchases

Where can I view my Purchase history?

  • Log in and navigate to My Orders from the left menu.

How do I renew my Membership?

  • Log in and navigate to My Membership to view details and renewal options.
